At Thrive Fitness we call our group exercise classes - Group X! We have more than 35 weekly classes from general exercise and cardio to yoga, water-cise and extreme fit. There is no better way to lose weight, stay fit, get motivated, and not get bored than with Group X.

Group X! Classes:
Aquacise: Feel good with cardio and muscular strength in pool!
Cardio Blast: Hi/low intensitys aerobics and steps.
Step it Up!: High intensity step workout using a stepper.
Yoga: Mind body and gentle yoga.
Impact Agilty: Intense conditioning & boot camp
Splash it up!: A combination of kicks, punches, aerobics and more in the pool
SilverSplash: No swimming ability is required, and a special kickboard is used.
Silver Sneakers: Muscular Strength & range of movement, balance, and coordination
Body Toning: Full body workout. Arms, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs. A variety of firming and muscle toning exercies
Super Circuit: Excersice station rotation. Increase lean muscle, tone and shape the body!
Cardio Kickboxing: A cardio workout with movements from martial arts such as: Karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai
Zumba Fitness: Dance, it's a party! Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop
Booty Blast!: Strengthen and tone the butt, hips, and thighs.
